Our experience with the Brainium team has been a delight. Our early communication with Abhi over a period of several weeks when we as newcomers to the App development industry could have been daunting but it was in fact assisting, comforting, and encouraging. The communication was always prompt and more importantly, the team realized we needed support as our technical skills were limited. Once the development of the App was underway, under the management of Pekham and her team, the development process has been a steady progression. The project management team also enabled us to understand the process. The team was outstanding in supporting their clients and helping when necessary.

We began working with Brainium around 4 months ago. This was our first time getting a website built and the Team at Brainium made the experience very enjoyable. We are based in Australia so one of our concerns was being able to get in touch with them. But they were always easily contactable. They responded quickly to all of our inquiries. Our site was finished very quickly and they worked very well with our team. We have no problems recommending their services.

From the outset, we have found Brainium’s approach to our work to be of a really high standard. We were apprehensive about entrusting our first website projects to an agency based in India when we are in England. All our contacts would have to be by email and Skype, but this has not been a problem at all. Their response to any issue or query has been second to none. We greatly appreciate the structured approach to carrying out work and the subsequent support. There is no substitute for knowing exactly where you stand in business and Brainium has always been able to give us a framework that we require. Deciding whom to choose as your web development partner can be a little pot luck as few of us understand exactly what is involved but we have no hesitation in recommending Brainium. They have never once let us down. In fact, they have far exceeded our expectations many times.
