Sourav Sinha, Co-founder, CEO
Sourav Sinha is an entrepreneur passionate about aiding budding entrepreneurs and enterprises in their digital growth. In 2009, he co-founded Brainium Information Technologies (Previously known as AMS Technologies), which offers end-to-end solutions in the digital ecosystem.
Sourav embarked on his professional journey as an accidental salesman and soon fell in love with his job in sales, helping people struggling to get a foothold in Sales. His sales and marketing mojo lies in cold emailing techniques.
It has helped build his career in the industry. Writing has always been his passion, and he regularly writes on LinkedIn and personal blog posts, covering topics on Leadership, Team Management, Investments, Sales & Marketing, and Communication.
Outside the professional periphery, Sourav is a sports enthusiast, ardently rooting for Manchester United (Football), Ferrari (F1), Kolkata Knight Riders (Cricket), and Mohun Bagan (Indian Football).
He has authored two books, The 12th Man (book on cricket) and The Diamond Way (non-fiction on B2B Sales), available on Amazon & Flipkart.
Asif Ahmed, Co-founder, Director
Asif Ahmed is the Co-Founder and Director of Brainium Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He looks after Project Management, QA, Admin Activities, and Accounts in the company. Asif Ahmed is an Electronics Engineer from Bangalore University. He commenced his professional journey in a Bangalore-based company named Shipi Software Signature. Teaching has always been his passion making him a great leader in Brainium Information Technologies.
As the head of various operational activities in the company, he needs to supervise various complicated matters. One of the things that help him is his ability to simplify things and organize them properly.
Prior to Brainium, he co-founded Renaissance Software Technologies, a software development company focusing on product development. His experience has led him to be the final authority in quality at Brainium Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
One thing that makes him most proud about Brainium is the fact that the company puts people first before profit.
Mukesh Kumar Singh, Co-founder, Director
Mukesh Kumar Singh is the Co-Founder & Director of Brainium Information Technologies Pvt Ltd. He has 17+ years of experience in Technologies, Operations, Marketing & Business Analysis. He is responsible for establishing Brainium as a market leader in current and next-generation technologies. Mukesh is a Computer Science engineer from Kalyani University.
Mukesh started his professional journey working as a Software Developer for three years, after which he got promoted to a Tech Lead. In 2009, he got together with his two partners to start a company from a small storeroom.
From the very beginning, Mukesh was passionate about technologies and automobiles. His love for technologies is often reflected in the way Brainium tries to learn and implement newer technologies every day. When not occupied with work, he loves to explore the fascinating world of new-age cars and their technologies. His vast skills in project management, business analysis, system architecture, and advertising make him a great leader at the organization.
Brainium had a very humble start, but today, it generates jobs for many people. It’s the thing that makes him most proud of Brainium.
Manish Mandal, Vice President – Research & Development
Manish Mandal is VP of the R&D Division in Brainium Information Technologies Pvt Ltd. He loves anything that has electrons flowing through it with a special love for things that can be programmed. Before joining Brainium he was into software development and project management with other companies.
At Brainium Information Technologies Pvt Ltd. he looks after the architecting of solutions, new process implementation & management, and quality division. He is a Degree holder from The University of Calcutta.
Pranay Pandey, Vice President – Operations
Pranay Pandey is Vice President (Operations) in Brainium Information Technologies Pvt Ltd. At Brainium Information Technologies Pvt Ltd. he takes care of all development Operations. Pranay holds a Master’s degree in computer application from the West Bengal University of Technology.
Bikash Chakraborty, Vice President – Sales
Bikash Chakraborty Is Vice President (Sales) In Brainium Information Technologies. He is responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing business strategies, and getting new clients on board.
Bikash is a complete customer-centric person who loves to solve any problems of clients and help them to achieve their business goals. Bikash is a Computer Science Engineer from WBUT.
